Usage:

  Preheat your grill or oven, place the mat on the metal rack and you're ready to cook
  Place food directly on the mat
  Grill Mat should not be used as a cutting surface. Do not use with sharp implement
  Clean the Grill Mat after each use with mild dish soap and warm water - do not use abrasive cleaners
  Allow the mat to completely dry before storage
  Store the mat flat or loosely rolled


Caution:

  Grill Mat will be hot after use. Allow the mat to cool completely before removing from metal rack
  Do not use the mat above temperatures of 500°F (260°C)
  Do not expose the Grill Mat to direct flames. When cooking over wood or charcoal, wait until the flames have reduced to glowing coals before putting the Grill Mat on the grill surface
  Do not use in the broiler or on the broiler setting
  Do not use self-clean mode with mat
